The diesel unit belts out 90 Bhp of power and 204 Nm of torque. The diesel powerplant uses a fixed geometry turbo. Both the cars utilize a 5 speed manual gearbox. A new 6 speed dual clutch Powershift Automatic transmission has been added to the petrol variant of Ford Fiesta. The company claims that the new transmission in the car will make for better fuel efficiency of 16.95 kmpl-a feature indispensible in Indian cars. The automatic variant is stuffed with features like black leather upholstery, Hill-Launch Assist and Ford Grade-Assist functions along with rear parking sensors, cruise control, etc. The ride and handling are also near perfect.
